The Corporate Development team plays a critical role in financial and investment decisions and strategic initiatives across the Group.

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to develop, appraise and execute growth opportunities.  You will also be responsible for assisting acquisitions, project financing and assess how different operational, investment and financial strategies will impact the Group. 

More about the role:

  • Assist in the development of diverse range of transactions and associated documentation
  • Development, creation and refinement of valuation models for acquisitions, divestments and new business initiatives
  • Work on due diligence
  • Assist with preparation of management and board papers and presentations covering acquisitions, divestments and new business initiatives 
  • Assist with the optimisation of GreenCollar’s portfolio of projects and contracts with corporates and government   
  • Undertake specific projects to support senior management

About you:

  • 2/3 years experience in corporate finance, M&A or transaction services 
  • Business degree or Commerce degree or similar
  • Experience in financial modelling
  • Ability to analyse information, understand its impact on value assess the outcomes
  • Ability to concisely communicate these outcomes both verbally and in written/presentation form
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Ability to manage different work streams to achieve an overall outcome
  • Reliable with a strong attention to detail
  • A hunger to learn
  • Ability to work within a team environment
