Digital Marketing Manager

  • GreenCollar has recently set up a new marketing function and now we are building out a team. This awesome role will be the 2nd person on the ground and requires an absolute legend in all things digital marketing to help build the GreenCollar B2B online presence and the B2C GoNeutral brand. It’s pretty much a greenfield site, where you will be setting up the structure and processes from scratch pulling your incredible knowledge from the toolkit to start getting things done. As a digital marketer you will know that data is your best friend and this role is no different as you will be in the test and learn phase until you are nailing it!

    More about the role:

    • Work with the Head of Marketing and key business stakeholders to build, plan and implement digital marketing strategies across GreenCollar and Go Neutral;
    • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email and social media and display advertising;
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across both brands, including community management;
    • Measure ROI and set KPIs for always on activity and targeted campaigns;
    • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend based on insights;
    • Develop new growth strategies through digital marketing and integrate digital into offline sales and marketing strategies;
    • Collaborate and lead web development and content marketing agencies to improve the design and UX of websites, drive traffic and create engaging content;
    • Stay on top of the latest industry trends, best practices and relevant channels to make sure we are at the forefront.

    About you:

    • 5+ years experience working in digital marketing
    • Experience working in or managing an agency
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools 
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
    • Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on major search engines
    • Ability to identify target audiences, empathise and build digital campaigns that inform, engage and motivate action
    • Ability to work as part of a wider team and engage with people working remotely
