This interesting and varied role will have you working across multiple systems providing onsite and remote support to currently around 80 users and soon to be 100.

Key to your success in this role is providing exemplary customer service to each and every user ensuring IT support has the next possible reputation across the organisation.

 

More about the role:

  • Handling support enquiries from staff (in-person, telephone, remote access)
  • Provisioning and administering staff IT equipment (including software and hardware installations and upgrades)
  • Maintaining and improving GreenCollar’s IT systems
  • Assisting the IT Manager

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline
  • IT support experience (e.g. help desk) and knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
  • Sound knowledge of Mac OS, Windows, Google Workspace Apps
  • High degree of self-organisation, and ability to work with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of programming concepts, and competence in one or more scripting languages; preferably Bash
  • High level of spoken and written English
