James Schultz is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of GreenCollar, the largest provider of carbon abatement and agricultural ecosystem services in Australia. He has established GreenCollar as a pivotal leader in the development and implementation of nature-based solutions, working closely with farmers, landholders, and government partners to drive innovative approaches within environmental markets.

James’s expertise spans the advancement of climate, water quality, biodiversity, and plastics markets, where he has played a key role in founding major initiatives such as the Australian Carbon Market Institute’s Voluntary Code of Practice, as well as the development of landmark programs like Reef Credits—an incentive-based market for improved water quality for the Great Barrier Reef—and NaturePlus, a pioneering framework for valuing and trading in ecosystem services.

Beyond his leadership at GreenCollar, James is the Co-founder, principal shareholder, and executive director of Neumann Space, an innovative manufacturer specializing in satellite propulsion systems. Through Neumann Space, he is contributing to Australia’s advancement in high-technology aerospace, focusing on globally competitive electric propulsion solutions for the growing space sector.

In addition, James is the owner and operator of Lot101 Farms in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, where he manages a diversified enterprise of cattle, sheep, horticulture, and orchard production. He is also the Executive Director of Lot101 Hospitality, overseeing award-winning ventures including the Megalong hatted restaurant, Megalong Valley Tea Rooms, and WerriBerri—acclaimed destinations recognized for blending local produce with sustainable dining experiences.

James’s work is widely recognized for its impact on integrating commercial, scientific, and policy innovations that deliver measurable environmental, economic, and social outcomes across Australia and internationally.

Siddhanth is the founder and CEO of Equilibrium, a technology-led carbon-removal infrastructure company based in India. He founded the company to address the integrity and quality problems that have long plagued carbon projects. Today, Equilibrium is on track to deliver 1M carbon credits annually through a portfolio of 12+ projects spanning regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, biochar and mangroves, with a vision centered on working alongside smallholder farmers and indigenous communities in the global south. Before founding Equilibrium, Siddhanth worked in venture capital investing in Indian tech companies. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Purdue University. For his work in climate tech and carbon markets, he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list in 2023.

Megan has 25+ years of experience in real asset development (AES Corporation, $1bn project value), project finance (Citi, $8bn aggregate transactions) and investment management (Alinda Capital Partners) on 5 continents.

Megan leads the carbon vehicles created by Climate Asset Management for a range of corporate and other clients, including Apple. She previously managed investments in carbon and other ecosystem services markets and served as the impact lead for the Natural Capital Fund.

Prior to joining CAM, Megan co-developed the largest wind farm in the Caribbean with Javelin Capital and served as blue carbon lead for Oceans 2050, a foundation created by Alexandra Cousteau and Dr. Carlos Duarte. Ms. Cayten is an adviser to the Fondo Mexicano para la Conservacion de la Naturaleza and is on the National Council of World Wildlife Fund.

Michael Jenkins is the founding President and CEO of Forest Trends. From 1989-1999, he was the Associate Director for the Global Security and Sustainability Program of the MacArthur Foundation. In 1998, Michael was in a joint appointment as a Senior Forestry Advisor to the World Bank. Before entering the MacArthur Foundation, he worked for three years as an agro-forester in Haiti with the USAID Agroforestry Outreach Program.

Previous to that, he was a technical advisor for a Washington-based development organization, Appropriate Technology International. In the late 1970s, Michael was a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay working in agriculture, apiculture, and forestry projects. He has traveled and worked throughout Latin America, Asia and parts of Africa, and speaks Spanish, French, Portuguese, Creole, and Guaraní.

Michael holds a Master’s of Forest Science from Yale University and has contributed to and authored numerous books/publications, including The Business of Sustainable Forestry: Strategies for an Industry in Transition and Capital Markets and Sustainable Forestry: Opportunities for Investment.

In 2010 he received the Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship and in 2015 the Social Entrepreneur Award from the Schwab Foundation. Also in 2015, Forest Trends was awarded the 2015 Award for Creative and Effective Institutions from the MacArthur Foundation.
