Andrew Daly

Andrew brings more than 20 years of legal experience to his role as General Counsel. Working at the intersection of policy, project development and innovative commercial transactions, Andrew leads the legal, risk, compliance and safety functions at GreenCollar and supports the delivery of environmental markets projects in Australia and internationally. Andrew and his team bring a commercial, solutions-focused approach to complex legal issues, helping GreenCollar navigate the evolving policy and regulatory landscape while managing risk and creating opportunities in the nature economy. Prior to joining GreenCollar, Andrew was regional General Counsel at a global mining and commodities trading company and worked extensively on environmental regulation, climate policy and industrial decarbonisation projects. He commenced his career in private practice at major Australian law firm.
