Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of MRV program initiatives, focusing on innovation and improvement.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of MRV methodologies and technologies into existing workflows and systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring program objectives are met efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical experts, and operational teams.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with environmental standards.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Reporting on MRV Program to team & executive
- Supervision of technical staff
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within MRV or related environmental programs.
- Strong understanding of MRV principles, methodologies, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field, PMP Certification a plus.

R&D Remote Sensing Program Manager

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing workflows and systems.

- Oversee training and development to enhance team capabilities in utilising new technologies.

- Demonstrated track record managing large programs of work
- Proven project management experience, preferably in technology transition or integration projects.
- Demonstrated capability in remote sensing technologies, especially LiDAR, and their application in environmental monitoring.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to navigate and develop solutions for complex technical and business challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Environmental Science, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Remote Sensing & Geospatial Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Sensing & Geospatial Research Scientist to build upon our R&D Remote Sensing Program. The ideal candidate will be an expert in 3D point cloud processing, vegetation classification, geospatial sampling design, and model validation. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of representing the company in technical working groups and collaborating closely with a team of remote sensing analysts and our GIS Developer to streamline processes, automations, and integrations.
This position offers the opportunity to lead cutting-edge research and development in GIS and remote sensing, work with a dynamic team, and significantly contribute to the field.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation of advanced remote sensing and GIS methodologies
- Expertise in processing and analysing 3D point clouds, vegetation classification, and geospatial sampling design
- Validate models and methodologies to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Represent the company in public forums, technical working groups, and conferences
- Work collaboratively with remote sensing analysts and GIS Developer to innovate and improve data processing and analysis workflows
- Drive the integration of new technologies and methodologies into existing systems
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced degree in Remote Sensing, Geospatial Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Extensive experience in 3D point cloud processing, vegetation classification, geospatial sampling, and model validation
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence
- Demonstrated experience in streamlining GIS and remote sensing processes and automations
