About This Expression of Interest

GreenCollar is Australia’s leading ecosystem services project developer and market investor, and we’re always looking to connect with talented people who share our passion for environmental markets and nature-based solutions.

We’re inviting expressions of interest from experienced professionals across a range of disciplines who’d like to be considered for future opportunities with GreenCollar, including roles across project delivery, technical and environmental markets, commercial, and operations.

While there may not be a specific vacancy, it’s a chance to introduce yourself, share your experience, and let us know the kind of role you’re looking for, so we can reach out when a matching opportunity arises.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in environmental markets, conservation or sustainability.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in your field (this could span GIS, research and development, project management, or operations).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Alignment with GreenCollar’s values and a collaborative, purpose-driven working style.
  • Openness to opportunities across our national footprint. Our head office is in Sydney, and we’re open to candidates from all over Australia.

We aim to prove that the best way to achieve lasting environmental outcomes is to enable markets to direct long-term finance towards sustainable land management practices and ecosystem services.
