Charbel has over 18 years of executive finance and operations leadership experience, including more than a decade in the FMCG sector. He has expertise in strategic and analytical thinking, financial control and operational leadership across various industries, including retail, manufacturing and construction. Prior to joining GreenCollar, Charbel worked at Harris Farm Markets as the Commercial Manager and later, the Director of Supply Chain, where he led a team of 250 employees. His responsibilities included overseeing supply chain restructuring, cost management and implementing key initiatives that drove efficiency and profitability. Throughout his career, Charbel has been instrumental in rolling out new safety procedures and executing strategic projects that have resulted in significant cost savings and operational improvements. He has successfully partnered with executive teams, coached and developed high-performing teams and managed complex financial operations. His ability to navigate through periods of significant change and his commitment to continuous improvement have made him a valuable asset to the organisations he has worked with. Charbel holds a Master of Accounting and a Master of Engineering in Computer and Telecommunications. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
