With the support of her team, Emily (as General Counsel) coordinates and manages all legal issues across the organisation. As a member of GreenCollar’s executive team, Emily’s contribution extends to strategic planning, corporate governance and project management and she is a sounding board for the other members of the team. GreenCollar has always valued the presence of legal people at the Executive Level, who provide a unique perspective and assist with preserving the high standards of integrity and moral practice that have always been a part of GreenCollar’s ethos and modus operandi. Emily has over 15 years of legal practice, with beginnings in commercial property as paralegal and then solicitor in a large commercial law firm. She then worked for 7 years in a boutique law firm in the Sydney CBD where she specialised in civil dispute resolution but covered a wide range of generalist legal matters. She’s a lover of stormy weather, the snow, the beach and pasta!
