Maria Lytsioulis

Maria joined GreenCollar in December 2021 with an extensive background in HR. Maria was previously Head of Human Resources for ASX 200 Company, Healius Limited, where she was responsible for 2,000 employees and recognised for her contribution to business strategy and growth. She is accomplished in developing and delivering organisation wide cultural change, operating and process model implementation and overall employee development programs. Maria is an innovative leader in delivering transformation programs and is widely respected for her collaborative approach in seeking optimum outcomes for all stakeholders.

Maria is motivated by the role that community plays in delivering positive environmental outcomes. Maria sees herself as a positive agent of change who cares about people, and at GreenCollar, takes the lead role in enabling each member of the team to be the best selves they can at work. She cares deeply about building a high-quality employee experience that mirrors and supports an exceptional stakeholder experience, and is committed to responsive and proactive employee engagement that drives a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Armed with a sense of humour, Maria enjoys nothing better than a good laugh, and in her down time enjoys cooking and entertaining.
