Lillian Buchholz

Lillian brings a deep understanding of the Australian agricultural industry to her role on the Partnerships team at GreenCollar. She works to build strong and supportive relationships with a variety of our project partners. With a strong, purpose-driven value system, Lillian is passionate about developing better agricultural systems that regenerate natural capital and environmental resources.

Lillian holds a Bachelor of Food Science and Agribusiness from the University of Sydney, and achieved honours while specialising in Life Cycle Assessment, Ecological Economics and Sustainability Analysis. Venturing first into the world of business sustainability at a brewing company, Lillian returned to a more agricultural focused role, maintaining a strong belief that regenerative principles bring the best solutions to the challenges faced by the industry. Lillian, motivated by using business as a force for good, also contributes to GreenCollar’s certifications for B Corp and Climate Active.

Her enjoyment of the natural world flows outside of her job, spending her free time travelling around Australia, looking for the best longboard breaks, coffee shops and breweries the country has to offer.
